Here’s Where to Find St. Louis Reptile Conventions and Events in 2020

Want to know where you can find all kinds of exotic animals, from those commonly kept as pets to rare specimens? The Tye-Dyed Iguana team regularly attends reptile conventions in the St. Louis area.
Here are some conventions going on in 2020, with the dates and details.
Show Me Snakes
Show Me Snakes is a family-friendly reptile and exotic pets convention where you can learn about and interact with various animals. Youâll also find pet supplies at vendor kiosks.
This is one of the largest reptile and exotics shows in the Midwest. The next St. Louis date is February 16, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Additional dates are available throughout the year, including:
- April 5th
- May 17th
- July 19th
- September 13th
- October 25th
- December 6th
Entry is $5 per person at the door (kids 12 and under are free). And you can

St. Louis Reptile Show
St. Louis Reptile Show hosts a lot of reputable breeders and exotic pet professionals giving educational talks. Youâll find vendors at this convention as well.
2020 dates for this reptile show include March 8th and May 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Admission is $6 per person at the door, $3 for children 5 to 11, and free for 4 and under.
Repticon
Repticon is a huge, nationwide reptile and exotic pets convention. Their shows cover locations in most states, but theyâre not always in the same places every year.
Although there is no Missouri date for 2020, you can travel a few hours to Louisville, Kentucky for a reptile show thatâs still in the Midwest. That convention will be held on September 5th and 6th. There are also plenty of additional dates if youâd like to travel to other locations.
You can purchase pets and pet supplies at Repticon. This is a two-day event, with Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You can
get tickets at the Repticon website. Online tickets include admission for both days and are $12 for adults, $5 for kids 5 to 12, and free for kids 4 and under. Online tickets additionally provide VIP early admission at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

- 2-day admission $15 for adults, $5 for kids 5 to 12, and free for 4 and under.
- 1-day admission $10 for adults, $5 for kids 5 to 12, and free for 4 and under.
